We had a lovely stay at the grand hyatt gurgaon. I want to take a moment to appreciate the hospitality of the staff especially himanshu and sushma. We are looking forward to staying again at the grand hyatt soon and would recommend if anyone looking for a 5 star property in gurgaon, this is the place to be to plan your next staycation )

Everything was great. Great place for a staycation. This place is relatively newer than othet properties but the hospitality was great.

Grand hyatt is designed beautifully and is situated right in middle of the city. It has some great views of aravalli and all the major party attractions are just few steps away. Staff here is very cordial and food is value for money. Rooms are super spacious and are designed very aesthetically. Overall its a must visit property.

Luxury & great service, amazing option for pets

Amazing service by the hotel. We took our pet with a night stay and could not leave him in the room alone. Our booking included dinner and breakfast, and the staff was more than happy to deliver the food of our choice to the room from the buffet. The in room dining was also very helpful when our pet was suffering from midnight munchies. The staff is super friendly, hotel is clean and the rooms are big and luxurious. Great value for money.

Excellent hotel with the best hotel staff i have come across till date. So polite and caring, upgraded me to the suite, gave us complimentary club access, and every night without fail sent me yummy dessert. If you are looking for a hotel in gurgaon this is it with 4 rocking night clubs next to it as well. I give this hotel 15/10 for excellent stay and awesome experience

Recently i booked a room in grand hyatt and my experience was very good. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. The room was very big. The powder room was separate from the bathroom and the view was amazing. I would suggest everyone to take the club access to enjoy more.

What a nice and comfortable hotel. The hotel is newly built so it is better than most other five stars we have stayed in gurgaon. The rooms are spacious. We paid extra to upgrade to a suite and we absolutely loved the experience. The staff was wonderful and hospitable. We had a great stay. Thank you
