I recently stayed at Grand hyatt kochi and it was a fantastic experience! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with the added bonus of terrace access, which provided beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect place to unwind after a long day. The food at the hotel was another highlight—delicious, well-prepared, and served promptly. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, every meal was a treat. Overall, a great place to stay, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a combination of comfort, great food, good service and a lovely outdoor space!

The stay at Grand Hyatt was awesome The view of the water from the room was very soothing and rejuvenating The staff is very courteous A big shout out to Chef Latha, Chef Selva, Anirban, Sanjay, Bilini amongst others at Malabar Cafe. They made my stay very memorable - taking me on a culinary journey pampering me as well. The Spa Santata is outstanding My therapist Anagha was very good and had great healing hands. She took great care, was very polite and knew her job well.

Am from thrissur, just 70 km away from the hotel, came here for a one night stay to experience the hospitality of this grand hyatt, bolgatty. It was a really great experience.

Excellent stay with good ambience. All kind of amenities were provided. 24 hrs gym facility and boating in backwaters need extra mention as it was very good. The restaurants provided varities of dishes and they were extremely tasty.

Location - hotel location is very nice Food - Excellent food quality Amenities - Appropriate & of good quality Services - Not very good - when ask for ice in Malabar Cafe it wasn’t served. Had to ask second time. At checkout when asked cashier for change of ₹.500/- he bluntly refused. Never ever any hotel cashier had refused change. Imagine a cashier of Delux 5 star hotel don’t have change

Its a super luxury hotel with excellent lake view rooms. It's worth staying. There is two swimming pools and three restaurants and also decent good activities for kids
