Unhygienic rooms.. washrooms are worse..staff unresponsive... Property owner should visit with his own family once Unhygienic rooms.. pillow and bedsheets were dirty.. bathrooms horrible

No Maintance No Towels provided No Soaps provided No Hot water Charged 1600 Rs extra, for the same room nos last time in 2023 Nov we paid nearly 5500 this time they charged additional 1600 what we paid during booking time 6047Rs

Terrible Stay

No power throughout the night. Generator kept turning off...had to go down, wake up the staff and then they kept turning on... 5-6 years ago, we had stayed at same place and it was good then. This time, the hotel has not been maintained well.

Property is good, But no service. No lift, had to carry the luggage climbing 2 Floors, No towels were provided. There is no Room Service for lack of Employees. If asked for any thing, they mention to go out for Restaurant to have even coffee. Not Happy that too while on a holiday with Family

Average service too much money for room money not worth for room

Searched and booked in make my trip but room is not worth for money paid there is no extra bed water blankets and bathroom has not maintained clean.....
