Room was very clean. We booked the basic deluxe room for 3 adults so putting an extra mattress bed made it slightly cramped but it was manageable. Breakfast buffet was very yummy with a good spread of continental and indian dishes. Dosas were amazing. Room service and housekeeping was quick. The rooftop restaurant 'by the blue' was decent - but they had only north indian dishes in the menu nothing else. The check-in and check-out experience was fast. Location was good - center of city, within 2 km from railway station and just below 4 km from palace and other hot spots.

Great property and location was my second time. Few things can be improved, example - there was no shoe shiner, no room/bathroom slippers/no hand towel in room. Please change the ancient cable to either something more user friendly like tata sky or even better aman fire stick or best a smart tv. Breakfast spread is just excellent and enough space and tables even for comfortable seating during rush hours. Super fast check in and check out which is great. Faucet was not in the best condition but usable, needs to be changed.

Good ambiance and it’s in the centre of the city, rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast spread is good with healthy options and small disappointment is with the staff coordination, after we checked out and picked our car also they didn’t put the luggage in the car and we assumed they had already kept luggage. And left the place too they never called us, after realising that our luggage is not in the car we went back and even then they were clueless

The property and stay was good including the service. However, the personnel were expression less and more like robots going through the motion. I could see a hospitality there to comment on my experience. Apart. The from was spacious. But floor mats were looking old. Toilets exhaust was not functioning resulting in remains of foul smell. Breakfast spread was better but taste wise was not excellent
