Not up-to the mark against the room tariff were charged..
The hotel is far from Pondicherry city but near to Serenity beach (1.5 KM) The rooms are clean. Power back up is only for fan and couple of lights, but charging socket was not connected with power-backup, hence you can’t charge your mobile phone, which is one of the basic requirements. Very few free channels on Airtel digital TV are available. There were no mosquito repellents in the rooms although there were many mosquitoes. No hotel in the restaurant and the nearby hotel is not up-to the mark. You will find a decent restaurant around 300 meters away. Surprisingly, while checking out from the hotel, the receptionist asked for tips for housekeeping and security personnel. As per Makemytrip, the hotel was supposed to be three-star rating, however it is not even two-star rating.

Poor Stay
Grand pasific is not a 3 star stay. The beds they provided are really not good for a calm sleep, it generates heat while laying down. The amount that i paid for a night is much more that what a 4start or 5 start hotels charge. I don't pics

Average hotel. Expensive for rs. 3200 per day
We booked 2 rooms for total of 6400. Quite expensive considering the property. It is more like a hostel rather than a hotel.

Not worth the money
I would recommend you to look at different options as this place is totally not worth the money, they don't have a proper power back up, rooms are smaller than the photos and it is located away from pondicherry, better find something near white town. Totally not recommended, overrated place.

Good but not good.
groupWe booked a room for 3 people and it was mentioned that 1 extra bed will be provided. But when we reached there, they just provided an extra mattress and pillow. No extra bed, just the mattress on ground. The receptionist said that if we had booked directly though them, instead of mmt, they would've provided a separate bed. Other than this, the cleaning and service were good. Car parking space is there besides the hotel.

Poor Stay
family1. Lift is not working during the day. Everyday they will say powercut, but every day the same timing lift stops working. After evening someday it will work, you have to use stairs, whatever the floor is. 2. They have tie up with a restaurant for food, and that restaurant has some limited items in their menu 3. They clearly admit, in peak season like all others, they also charge more 4. If you book from makemytrip, free 3 hours early check-in is mentioned, but in reality they will charge 500 for the same that too without any bill. 5. They don't believe in the bill, food, room early check-in charge, whatever it is, you have to pay full in advance that too without a bill. 6. They don't have food option as well as no plates, they will promise at the time of check in, but in reality they will fail to provide

Location
soloLocation was a bit far from sea beach. Food was not good at all. If you wanna just stay then it's fine but if you want to enjoy pondicherry beach and want to enjoy your vacation then probably you can search for sea side hotel
