Hotel has nice room but air was suffocating, may be due to lack of proper ventilation, tv was non functional and bathroom needs more clininess. Hospitality was ok.

This was my first experience in saharanpur hotel it was just ok it was not expected as images shows online firstly i made requested early check-in only for 2 hours however they charged me inr 500 only for 2 hours even the room ac was not cooling much even its remote was also was not working i had requested many times to fixed it to management but they said they send someone to fixed it but now one came till the evening.

The hotel room condition was very pathetic, lots of things were damaged inside the room even charging plugs were damaged the washroom was not hygienic, the bed sheet was torn and even dirty also. If you require i can share the photos also.

Actually their room service is not good. As i call them but they didn't respond. So i have call at-least 4-5 times for a single order

Not worth for the terrific paid. Higiene is very poor. Not worth to stay with family. Not worth also to stay for business. Poor lighting in the room. No arrangement for tea and for hot water in the room.
