    The property is one of the oldest in Kathua and has good food and fine rooms. The staff is supportive and the hygiene is good. However, there is a lot of renovation going on and some amenities like phones and TV are not working properly. The property is located far from the railway station and city, around 4 km. Some guests complained about dirty rooms and poor food quality. On the other hand, some guests appreciated the large rooms, good food quality, and safety and security measures.
