Very bad experience. Don't go for this hotel. see reviews n then only book
Hotel judge according to you dress. poor people won't get good welcome. I have booked hotels for my parents. they have simple look so when they come for check-in hotel staff thought they r beggers and ask them to leave. They also have ask me to take the bed sheet with minor turmeric stain. it's ant abt money I had to pay for bedsheet. plz see ratings and review of this hotel.

As for the linen, we noticed that you did turmeric rituals in the room resulted in permanent stains on all fine linens, making it difficult for us to reuse the affected items. While we regret a small fee for the bedsheet that it’s not even 20% the replacement costs. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we are committed to improving our services. Very decent neat rooms, staff are also very helpful. Overall a very good stay. Food is also good and reasonable price. Hotel ambiance is very good, staffs are very cooperative and hotel is maintained in neat and clean. Food quality is also good. Washrooms, bedding Lenin etc., are very neat and clean.

I had a comfortable stay at Hotel Grand Regency, Rajajinagar. The accommodation and overall service were good, with clean and well-maintained rooms. Worth the price
Stayed there for one night and had good experience from check in to check out. Staff are very courteous. They considered late check out although for extra fee but accommodating us extra hours was very helpful . Overall good experience

Right from welcoming till I checked out, the customer service was excellent. Unfortunately I had no chance to eat there. But I had a tea which is a proof for the tasty food. Room is well maintained neat and clean. I had already recommended for my sister who is planning to visit Bangalore next month
