It was a beautiful stay at Grand resort Puri, I would highly recommend this to everyone starting from the staff to food to the hospitality It was so good. It provides the view of Jagannath temple and the beach that was amazing and nevertheless the food it was delicious and the variety is too good, the best part of this is it all falls under a budget. 😋 Thank you Grand resort Puri for an overwhelming experience, Kudos.🙌 👏

The property is beautiful. Rooms are clean and spacious. The behaviour of the staff was great. There was some issue in the newly built 4th floor wifi hence didn't get the internet services there. Faced some minor inconvenience regarding the ac which was fixed immediately. The issue related to the water heater was still there in one room. I was there for one day hence didn't mind much.

I jst search on google. Staff’s bhvr was very good. I stayed in 206, from where mandir & sea beach was seen through balcony.

Good place to stay with family, little bit far from light house beach almost 300 meters. Although they will arrange tuktuk to visit the beach but at your expenses. Quality of food is good and price is reasonable. Staaf behaviors excellent.

Experience is not as expected as shown. Not value for money paid. 1. Staffs are good and supportive. 2. Room condition and washroom condition is average. 3. Very small swimming pool. 4. Though it is 250mtr ari dist from sea but road distance is 750mtr and not convenient to walk. 5. Though free toto service is available but will never get ontime. 6. Food is too costly. 7. Not worth.

Services not so good, bed smells in premises, guard is good, rooms key not worked, only master key used every time so mind is not in peace
