My stay at this hotel was truly delightful. From the moment I arrived, the welcoming atmosphere and the impressive ambience stood out. The hotel was impeccably clean and showcased a strong commitment to sustainability, which I truly appreciated. The room was spotless and tastefully designed, with linens that were incredibly smooth and comfortable. The staff were exceptional—always helpful, friendly, and attentive. I’d particularly like to acknowledge Sowmya, whose assistance and warm demeanor made my stay even better. The hotel offered fantastic facilities, including a gym, swimming pool, and spa, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The breakfast spread was decent, with a good variety of options available until 10:30 AM. Check-in and check-out processes were seamless, and the overall service quality was excellent. Even the lobby washrooms were remarkably clean, reflecting the hotel’s high standards. The abundance of natural sunlight throughout the hotel, including the rooms, added to the charm. The pricing was reasonable during my stay, making it a great choice for families, couples, and solo travelers alike. While the food quality was average, everything else about the hotel surpassed expectations.

It was a great stay. The counter staff helped me to my room. I wanted normal temperature and they helped me set it and it didn't go to again low temperature as it happens in other hotels. The menu for breakfast is so vast. I always liked it about this hotel. Overall great experience!
