I recently stayed at a hotel that looked quite nice and comfortable at first. The rooms were clean, and the overall environment was pleasant. However, the service was disappointing.
There was only one serving staff for all the guests, which made everything very slow. The staff seemed lazy and uninterested in attending to the needs of customers. On one of the days, we didn’t even receive our breakfast, which was really frustrating.
Although the hotel itself was good, the poor service completely affected the overall experience. They seriously need to improve their staffing and customer service to match the quality of the hotel.
