I had a great time with my famiky while staying at this Grandwood Coco resort in Yercaud recently which gave me lot of peace & fun filled entertainment with Campfires, songs in the night. Also they have swimming pool facility in so it's really wonderful experience during my entire stay & room service was too good. Waiting for one more time😍

bed sheet were not changed while checking in. i have to call and ask them to change. i traveled with my 1 yr old baby. if you are going with kids don't choose this place. there is no hygiene. my room full of cobwebs and under bed a bunch of hair. set top box were damaged and wires are exposed. swimming pool water were very dirty due to that I haven't use the pool also totaly not worthy for what we paid. Disappointed😞.

We found that the provided room was not cleaned (fully dust) and bedsheet was not changed (hygiene issues. Food and beverage s on demand also providing very late. However staffs are good.

Worst management, they shifted our room to their other property which was 3-4kms away. Also the replacement we got did not have even a swimming pool and the rooms lacked basic requirements like water bottle or ventilation. Worst room service where they took 1 hr to deliver tea.
