Excellent service quality and hospitality from the owners as well as the manager’s end in providing us with luxury and comfort at a staycation. Lakshman sir (manager) was always at our disposal and always helped us whenever we required him with dedicated passion and diligence. No compromise on food quality and room service systems and all services were guaranteed within 30 mins with satisfactory experience. Definitely worth the price oaid and would love to visit again❤️

We visited Coonoor and stayed at Great Windows Resort with family of 4 adults and one infant. It was an excellent stay with great hosts. As we were with our infant daughter, the hosts auto upgraded us to a room of superior facilities without any extra cost. They provided us with sumptuous breakfast. The hotel is amidst a huge tea garden and every room has an excellent view of the entire estate.

It's a very good stay, staffs treated well. Especially Nikhil manager he really takes care the guest well. Satisfied with the stay in Coonoor. You can take pictures in the tea estate which is behind the resort. Food was really good. It's more like a home made food. Yes for a group or family it's recommended.

The resort is located in a very beautiful place with a breathtaking view. The food was good. The services were also good and the people are very sweet and helpful.

The view from the couple's suit was spectacular. The hotel is situated just adjacent to tea garden. The room was clean and the staffs were very helpful. Their service was prompt and they take care of their guests really well. They have proper parking space. I would again like to stay here if I visit Coonoor in future.

We reached hotel in the mid night and the staff were very kind to receive s at odd hours and treated us with all requirements. Breakfast was very nice, awesome view from the room and neatly maintained
