It's a nice property with very good interiors and pool side. Cricket turf was good. Care takers and other staff was very helpful. Kailash was very receptive for all our requests. My only bad experience was around interaction with manager from kazstays. She was not very adjusting to start with. Then there was a lot of confusion on food quantity and portion size as per a-la-carte menu. For eg. We were given 2 gulab jamun(2 small piece per box) for 185 rs each and 1 brownie for 320 rs esch. We were even charged in final bill wot h wrong quantities for e. G. Instead of 4 plates of fritters we were charges for 8 we noticed and got adjusted, similar to a few other things. One place we were charged 540 per plate where menu said 450. All these interactions made the experience a little bitter. However food was good taste wise.
