Liked very much the silence, garden, play area. It was a great farm house experience. Room was very good. Although it was at a reasonable distance from roro port, still liked the green apple resort, worth value for money.

Property is little inside in a single lane road but not too remote as well. Hotel has all facilities well maintained so even kids will enjoy themselves. Swimming pool was cleaned daily. Yogesh patil the caretaker is excellent. They don't have in house restaurant but u have restaruant at fhe gate plus on main road bathroom fittings were broken but that didn't hamper our stay one thing i didn't like is original property owner has direct access to property and keep on moving in and around the pool area for a group of girls that would be an issue. The owners are nice people but some people might not be that comfortable. The hotel management should either cover the swimming pool area orr should think something to do about it. 5 star for hotel ambience, stay, property amenities.

I stayed with my family it was a wonderful experience, rooms are clean & tidy, my kid enjoyed the childrens play area and swimming pool, food is awesome they provide yummy food, with local cuisine in there konkan spice restaurant, good place to relax with your family.

There is no reception, as we entered there was no one to attend to us. The pool was full of green algea and dirty. The bathrooms were full of pan leaf spitting. Wen tried to contact the mm t to refund the amount as we wanted to leave. They too could not contact the owner. The property was deserted. It was scary n horrible experience mm t has such a property on list is very misleading. We were a family with kids. We had a very very bad experience please do not go there mmt too did not help us after making more than 30 calls.

Checkin was denied just a day before at evening due to maintenance, owner referred to another hotel which was 2 star hotel with bad ratings, not happy with kind of treatment

Make my trip cheated us by selling a b&b property as resort property. Actual room tariff was rs. 3000 per night at the resort while mm t sold same room for rs, 6000- per night as discounted rates to us room & facilities 1) curtains torn, bedcovers & towels had stains, bathroom unclean 2) in our 3 nights stay room was not cleaned even once. Even after asking the staff to do so 3) food was tasty. But every meal took 1. 5 hours wait time after order. Just 3- 4 types of veg & non veg options available for each meal type 4) no intercom, no receipt-ion desk. 5) limited staff hence delay in everything you request for. 6) swimming pool had dark green water most pathetic place to stay
