Firstly, regarding parking—our hotel does offer parking space that can comfortably accommodate one vehicle, as clearly mentioned in our listing. As for your concern about the air conditioning, please note that you had booked a non-AC room, which is a separate category from our AC rooms. All our rooms are equipped with AC units, but if you choose a non-AC category, the AC will not be functional for your booking. Expecting AC service in a non-AC room is simply unrealistic. You also mentioned mosquitoes. Our property is located in a forest-adjacent area, and despite that, we take preventive measures seriously. Every room is equipped with mosquito repellents, and our team ensures they are plugged in before guest arrival. However, if windows and balcony doors are left open, especially in such an environment, mosquitoes may enter—this is beyond any hotel’s control. As for the amenities, our housekeeping team places essentials such as soap, towels, water glasses, etc., in the room before guests check-in. Warm regards A.khurma
