the location and the surrounding environment was nice but amenities were not working properly like Wi-Fi and AC and there was not proper ventilation in the room and the service was not so good the staff was not so cooperative

Room and washroom not good both ar in poor condition. Bed sheet and quilt is very smelly

The room was average, water was leaking from the AC, the bedsheets wasn't clean enough, the room wasn't clean and insects were in the room

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in they charged me extra when I went for check in the washrooms were not clean there were soo many bad stains on bedsheets. The staff was really irresponsible. I was with my girlfriend and it had to be the worst experience so we had to check out with in 2 hours

*charged for drinking water for 2 days. *untidy washroom, looks like not cleaned for ages. *room not cleaned post dropping key at front desk *breakfast timings mentioned 8 am and order taken 9 am n order brought in plastic bag at 9. 50 am *washroom jet wasn't working and mentioned to the staff, he said pls adjust as we would need to call for the plumber accordingly. *no toothbrush kit provided, was asked to purchase.

Very bad staff behaviour, rooms are worst. Very dirty linen & poor bathroom. Will never recommend this to anyone.
