Location

The property is located in a peaceful and nice surrounding. It is a bit internal from the main road/market, but hardly 10-15 minutes drive to the market if you are fine with staying a bit far from the city. The place is surrounded by local farms all around which gives a good view. The view from the property is awesome. The terrace is simply awesome for all to hangout surrounded by trees and sounds of birds. The place is near to the market. The property is in the midst of greenery and has a strawberry field in front of it. The place is well furnished and very clean. The approach road is abrupt and small, although easy to figure because of marking on the road. The final approach road is very narrow and not good for just 50 meters. The road toward the property is very steep and could be problematic for new people. The place is hard to locate if you are traveling for the first time.

Cleanliness

The property is very clean and well maintained. The house was clean, and the bathrooms were clean. The caretaker did their job pretty well. The furniture like sofa and bed and everything was not clean and had spots. The bedsheet and blanket cover was smelly. The caretaker was very good in behavior and arranged food, bonfire, and barbecue for us. The caretaker was gentle and happy to help to the best of his capability. Housekeeping is ordinary and can be better with some decent quality beddings, towels, and mats.

Food & Dining

The caretaker is very supportive and helpful. They can cook food in your kitchen at a very reasonable price. The food cooked by the caretaker was nice enough. The breakfast provided was quite homely and delicious. The caretaker was nice, helpful, and a good cook as well. The caretaker can only cook basic stuff, and hence plan accordingly. The food prepared by caretakers needs improvement. The morning breakfast tea/coffee was not at all good and we could not even finish it.

Amenities

The property is well equipped with all the amenities mentioned. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking you want to do. Cutlery was very good and handy for 10 people. The appliances too are all generously furnished. The terrace is awesome and the barbecue setup was great. Amenities were not as listed though washing machine and microwave were not functional, wifi was slow to the point of not being usable, and towels were not provided until the end of the stay. There were repeated power cuts, and there was no inverter or generator backup. Wish there were more blankets and geyser in each bathroom and also room heaters.

Host

The host is very approachable and helpful right from the booking and throughout the stay. The host responded well and sounded willful in arranging a good stay for us. Raviraj is a great host and was approachable all the time. Our biggest thanks are to the caretakers who were amazing. The host is the perfect host who was always approachable and helpful.
