I am writing to share my disappointment regarding the facilities and services experienced during my recent stay at your property. Unfortunately, the overall quality of service fell far below expectations. I would like to bring the following issues to your attention:
Towel Service:
At check-in, only one towel was provided. The next day, after repeated requests, another towel was given. For two rooms, only two towels were available during the entire stay, and upon asking for more, we were informed that no additional towels were available.
Housekeeping:
For three consecutive days, there was no room cleaning or change of bed sheets, which is unacceptable in any hospitality setup.
Hot Water Facility:
Although geysers were installed in the rooms, no hot water was available at any time during the stay, causing major inconvenience.
Room Condition:
The rooms were found to be dirty and damp, showing clear signs of poor upkeep and lack of maintenance.
Mosquito & Insect Issue:
The rooms had a significant mosquito and insect problem. Despite repeated requests for mosquito repellent—especially important as we were traveling with a child—it was provided only once after several follow-ups.
Overall, the experience was highly unsatisfactory and not aligned with the standards expected from a reputed establishment. I hope management takes note of these concerns and takes corrective actions to improve guest comfort and service quality in the future.
