Ambience is good and full of greenery but there were problem with hot water so we are requested to move for their other hotel for having bath.

The sheets were smelling, plumbing was not proper.
Sheets and blankets were not clean.

Room cleaning is very bad and no hot water, no drinking water but room service is good

No security or in charge stay at the honesty. They come only when we phone from where they stay away. No hot water service. Need to wait one hour to get for 2 people. Room smells dusty. No exhaust in toilet. Flush tank pipe leaking when flushed. Muddy water and dirty smell. TV available, but not working. We got just one room to stay. No amenities provided.

The property was more like a hostel, there was no one present to help and support, even the caretaker was shouting on us a late night, food was not on time. The location was on the Road Side so it was a dusty area, outside of the City and no public transport to travel into the City. There was no soap in the bathroom and even the windows were open.
