residence was good but had a bad experience due to a derogatory remark by a cleaning staff at the time of check out

Very Bad experience with unprofessional staff.
I am very disappointed and unsatisfied with my stay at this property. Firstly, the bedsheets and blanket provided were extremely dirty. Secondly, the AC in our room was not working, and only after repeated requests did they relocate us to another room. When we inquired about breakfast timings, we were told it would be served in the room at 8:00 AM. However, the next morning, when we tried calling to confirm, the hotel phone was not working. I had to personally go to the reception, where the receptionist casually replied that the restaurant staff was not answering their calls, as if it was our responsibility to follow up. We had scheduled our check-out at 9:00 AM, keeping in mind that breakfast would be served at 8:00 AM. Despite this assurance, no breakfast was provided. Overall, the service was extremely poor and unprofessional. This was a very disappointing experience.

There food was very costly. So I had preferred taking outside food. Rest service and cleaning etc was very good.
