okiesh, not satisfied. lot of things need to look after. if you are running a hotel there are some basic need which has to be fulfilled

Not working Geysar in 2 rooms i cahnged 2 rooms, main Key with power supply that is also not working, need to clean daily they are not cleaning, bcoz im staying in Green tree hotel for every 1 & half month for 10 days , with mu business work trip

Bed is too old as I woke up tired the next day morning. AC was good, Room was neat and clean. It's a bit over prized. If you are travelling for Visiting Embassy's / VFS then this is the Perfect Location for stay. Remember there is no hotel nearby all are 300-500 meters from stay. I stayed at Room#101 - WiFi 5G was AWESOME as I was able to work the whole day without any issue, they do have power backup which is good.

No hygiene no proper toilet guns no proper switch boards only Tamil channels

Great location with close proximity to AG DMS Metro. Perfect for someone who needs to attend events at Hyatt Regency Chennai. The hotel has parking space for cars and allows 3rd party food deliveries. Basic amenities are as promised. Decent stay for the price charged. Overall liked the stay.. 1* less as no breakfast option.

Location is very good with close proximity to DMS metro station but standard room is very congested and doesn’t look very hygienic. Overall hotel appears very shabby including reception

Good behaviour from staff clean rooms even though we arrive late they immediately did the documentation on-time

The room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Metro stations are walkable. Staffs arranged good food for us. Quiet environment

Rooms are o. K. Air-conditioned and tv working. They did not give even 1 hour extention. We had to vacate at 11 a. M. Complimentary breakfast not good. Too much oily and no chutney for idli.

Very well behaved staff and well located and clean accommodation. I had a pleasant stay.

Affordable, friendly and secure stay. Even my son 20years age singly stayed in the hotel for the purpose of visa. It is very near to consulate. Food room service also available

No towel, no dust bin, very poor quality room and 50 % blocked taps and shower. Not even worth 1000. I have not expected mm t to have tie-up with such cheap lodge(i can't call it hotel. Only positive is my ac and fan are working fine.

The room facilities is good safety is perfect near by metro transport the room service available any time that was good
