Neat n clean. Nice kitchen. Breakfast was good. Staff was very courteous. Location is superb, just walk straight for 500 meters after coming out of shimoga town station.

The hotel i stayed in was very good but first they gave me small rom then after i asked they gave me big one otherwise i didn't get any extra charge.

Very good service, my room was upgraded from superior to executive without any extra charge. Room service is available daily. Towels are replaced daily. Staff provided me with an extra mattress free of cost. Banquet hall food is worth the money.

Rooms are clean and neat, especially washrooms which is my priority. Service is good. Food is comparatively expensive and no convenient. We have no option to buy single plate of breakfast but have to buy buffet.

Stopover at shivamogga

It was a nice location close to the main road, nice property, clean rooms and supportive staff, breakfast was a disappointment as most of the items were cold and staff was insufficient to take care of the demands of the people, resulting to poor service. Dinner was good, buffet was really nice. Staff was cooperative
