I booked two rooms. for my family. Rooms are uncleaned and smelly. We found waste non-veg foods hidden inside the cupboard.No toiletries were provided. Bedsheets were probably used one although they provided one additional bedsheet upon request.

I recently stayed at the greenland hotel, and i must say, it was a rather disappointing experience. Upon arrival, i was greeted with a front desk staff that seemed indifferent and unhelpful. It took an unusually long time to check in, and when i finally got to my room, i was met with a musty smell and outdated decor that looked like it hadn't been updated in decades. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. There were stains on the carpet, and i found hair in the bathroom that clearly wasn't mine. The wi-fi was spotty at best, making it difficult to get any work done during my stay. To make matters worse, the noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms was unbearable. It felt like i could hear every conversation and movement, which made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The breakfast offered was lackluster, with limited options that didn't seem fresh. I expected more from a hotel that claims to prioritize guest satisfaction. Overall, my experience at the greenland hotel was far from pleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Save your money and look elsewhere!

Totally Wrong, Rooms are always available at Check In time, only early check in are subject to a availability of rooms. We do not have any resturant so i do not know from where did you get your Breakfast which was bad. We provide best service in affordable rates.so please don’t try to mislead others with such a wrong review.

Their was a sudden power Shutdown in whole area which took few hours to restore. We have Solar water Heater so hot water is available 24 hours. We are sorry for electrical shutdown but it was not in our hand.
