Hotel was good food facility was nearby nearer to industrial estate transport facilities excellent hotel housekeeping scope for lot of improvement. i informed reception counter regarding improvement. Cost to quality is quite satisfactory

The hotel was pretty good, the rooms were clean and the bathroom was also fine. If you are staying for 1 night i would recommend staying here. Overall it was good experience and the staff were kind and helpful.

The stay was comfortable with proximity to l&t where i had to go. The washroom needs improvement. It's value for money with restaurants just below

The rooms were clean but there were some of the cons which i would suggest the hotel management should address there was a power cut there was no refreshments served it doesn't have restaurant in it no hot water for drinking

Room size and ambience is good. But when we entered room was not clean, we got pillow cover change. Washroom was not that clean. We gave feedback at hotel reception it seems room was not properly clean after last checkout.

Disaster experience

My company booked ac deluxe room for me, but when i arrived at reception the person said the single ac deluxe room already occupied then he gave me a 3rd bed room ( dormitory room), this was such a terrible experience, i will never visit greenotel, i had stayed 4 night and only 2 night they had on the ac the other 2 days they turned off ac, towel they hadn't given, it was a disaster experience. Recommend no one to go to greenotel

Poor Stay

The hotel room was good at first look, but no flush in the toilet, and there were earth warms crawling out of the toilet, tv didn't work, they didn't have any recharge, no doormat, and the stuff was rude, no sense of privacy because one can hear everything from outside. They are not really welcoming for women either.

The room and bed are not clean. The washroom sheet is also not clean. I requested it multiple times but once i visited the next day the same situation.
