1. Lunch and dinner not provided. We booked homestay for home food, as we were traveling with our 2 year old kid. When asked, the owner and care taker simply refused saying that this is not hotel and you have to order food from zomato. 2. We had to check out from the property at 5 the morning to catch early morning ferry. We already informed the owner a day before. But on the day of check out the owner didn't pick the phone even after multiple calls and care taker room was locked. The care taker came at 5. 15 and we could then leave the place at 5. 20. The taxi driver also charged us extra for waiting 20 minutes. 3. My experience was bad. I would not recommend this place.

The room was so cozy and the sea view from the balcony was great. Breakfast was also nice.

Stayed here for two days with my wife and two kids. Very well maintained property, with neat and clean bed covers/towels/pillows. The kitchenette with hot plate (induction type, utensils, fridge, dining table was very useful, as one of the kids fell ill. The owner was awesome - upgraded our studio to the 2bhk unit (for a very nominal charge. The breakfast - fresh and hot idly+sambar+chutney and aloo+puri (on different days) - were very tasty. The owner also arranged for delicious home-cooked food as one of the kids was not doing fine. The property had a nice sea view from the dining / lounge area. Had a very pleasant stay overall (worth rating of 7/5!

Very helpful and cordial staff! helped us throughout our stay at the property. Managers are very good, and informed us related to every detail that we asked them. Booked scooty and cab for us whenever rewuired. Brekfast was also very delicious

This homestay at port blair is very good at a reasonable price. Vimal was very supportive and offered home cooked food. He guided us whenever required. Would highly recommend this homestay in port blair.

The location was good and convenient. The kind of facilities and services they provided were average. They need to improve their facilities. However, the rooms were comfortable. The caretaker was good.

Stay was very good. One guy was always looking for us. The owner was helpful and gave directions for all the things. He arranged scooty for us. The location of the property was bit interior. Room was not great. Bed and all was ok bit congested. The bathroom was small. Food was ok.
