Location was good, but cleanliness was pathetic, beside room service and along with bathrooms was not clean at all

Poor hygiene
Room was not clean and very much stinky. I booked the room for almost rs. 1550. Was not worth it. Not recommended for families and couples.

Stay was good and fabulous
Good stay staff was very helpful day manager is very humble helped me in every task. And also house keeping staff is very good in cleaning

Nice room. Very near to the railway station. Neat and clean. Ac, tv was working. Specially the host is good. Smiling and welcoming!

Stay is good and staff shatrughan is very cooperative on every level we are new in city but he guide us very well and morning tea is very good

Good Stay
Very good. Room, mattress, bathroom facilities, cleanness, staff behavior was very good. I and my family was very happy with the amenities provided by grit team.

Never came again, no parking
Bed mattress and blanket are very bad condition. Bad smell, can’t sleep overnight. Booked my room with meal but i received my lunch meal at 5:00pm after many calls, demands more money for meal.

Good Stay
Stay was good. Hotel staff is also good. Room is much small for 2 person but it's ok. Room cleanness good. As i have book room with breakfast, which is not value for money. Breakfast quantity is very less and price is too high. Even for 2 person only one breakfast. No packed water bottle provided by hotel. For stay purpose it's good.

Worst experience
Unhygienic rooms, ac not working, staff was illiterate and clumsy, service was pathetic, rooms shown in pictures are not available at the property

Poor Stay
The experience was bad, the hotel was untidy, the room was dingy, towels was wet and smelly, the walls were dirty.

Room was very dirty. Room and bathroom was not cleaned. Even the bed sheets and towels which they provide were un hygiene and used. Not recommended to stay.

Nice hotel for stay in gurugram for 1 day and long time stay
Electricity backup available, hot water also available in room, room was cleaned, laundry service was also good, food also ok, near gurugram railway station best property in this price.
