What a terrible stay the property is good and old but the problem starts there is no tissue paper in restroom, no clean towel or Blanket and the smell. Another when you go to there restaurant you have the worst food of your life this one chicken or dosa not cooked properly no tissue even in restaurant they say not ordered yet and for chai they will say no milk which is complementary breakfast seems and oils I have no idea which they use when they get food it smell disaster and then cleanliness of restaurant

stay at the hotel was okay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, but nothing really stood out. Service was decent, though it could’ve been a bit more attentive. The amenities were basic, and while everything worked fine, there wasn’t much that made the experience special. My stay at this hotel was terrible. The room was dirty, the air conditioning didn’t work, and the staff were unhelpful. The noise at night made it impossible to sleep, and the bathroom smelled awful. Bathroom Hot water not available to take shower, water also salty,dirty bath towel and amenities poor.Definitely not worth the price — I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Subject: Very Poor Hotel Experience – Not Worth 3-Star Rating Details: Our recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The rooms are very old and poorly maintained. Bathrooms and toilets are damaged, with a foul smell throughout the stay. There is no proper ventilation or fresh air in the bathrooms. We stayed as 3 persons, but the hotel provided only one complimentary water bottle per day. Daily breakfast was not delivered to the room, and when we requested room service, they charged extra for doorstep delivery. The room dressing storage was broken, and the walls were cracked and damaged. The facilities and maintenance are far below the claimed standards. This property should not be rated as a 3-star hotel — it is only suitable for a lodge category at best. For the third person, the hotel only provided a floor mattress (local bed) instead of a proper single cot with bedding, yet they charged the full amount for three persons. In addition, the reception staff were not polite or helpful, and their attitude made the experience even more unpleasant. Overall Experience: Very poor maintenance, impolite staff behavior, unhygienic bathrooms, and lack of basic amenities. Not worth the price charged and definitely not recommended for families or business travelers. Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5)

Terrible Stay
Washrooms are very dirty and has pigeon feathers. No hot water in the washroom Rude behaviour from restaurant staff. Ordered a coffee and had to wait for 1 hour and yet they didnt serve.

Excellent Stay
This property is very neat and well maintained. Staffs are very friendly. There were variety items for breakfast and all was very tastety items.. Highly recommending especially for families

Nice place to stay with family
Pool was nice , birds and greenery all around . Room and toilet needs to be clean. Room needs more lighting.

Not Satisfied
Not As expected. Outlook is Good But No proper Hospitality. Kettle doesn’t have plug bottom. Though asked didn’t get response. Also washroom flasher is in broken stage.

Poor Stay
The stay was bit rough. I booked 4 rooms and all 4 rooms had different issues. Major concern was hot water It's not available in the evening or night. Locks were old and not functional, had to call the service everytime I need to lock the room or open it.

The ambiance, service and food was very good. I would prefer this resort next time when I travel to Velankanni as well.

They don't allow our vehicle to park inside the premises. I booked 3 rooms. one room they provide with a faulty ac. when we made a complaint they did something to run the ac & ac was not cooling. They don't provide extra bed for us which is included in the package. The staffs are very rude & they don't attend the phone call also. When we met them they fight with us & informed us to vacate the rooms in the night. they told us they will not pay the money back also. this was totally disappointed us. so requesting you to not release their payment

Don't judge by the outer appearance, room not worth the stay
Overall stay was average. Rooms are not well maintained. Stained bedding and towels were provided. Electric sockets were not working.No daily Room service available. External appearance and ambience is great as compared to the conditions of the room.

Average Stay
The location and ambiance is good, but rooms are not upto the mark especially bathroom. Some light are not working. At midnight my kids bed broken and she fall down from bed. Restaurant staff behaviour is very bad. They are very slow in supplying.

Average Stay
Service was Good, food is good, staff members are helpful and property is also above average but before booking few points to be noted- don’t book standard room, pictures are misleading, it’s very basic, bad hygiene and Facility issues. You should book top variant for better quality. If you are coming for sight seeing there’s nothing much, hardly any access to beaches.
