good location , new property spacious room , rooftop nice restaurant. overall ok . but regular upkeep n maintenance is required

I booked this hotel through makemy trip and good quality interior design, staff behaviour and average service.

On reaching hotel gulmohar plaza mughalsarai with a mm t booking confirmation for 2 rooms on 14/2/25 night the person at the reception desk very rudely said that there was no booking and all rooms are occupied. 2 senior citizens were travel-ling with me. I understand if a booking is done its valid from check in till check out and hotel can't take any booking. And thats what the hotel did. I strongly would like to complain against such rude behaviour towards me and my wife at night and request mm t to review their partnership with such hotels.

One of the worst hotel ever. There were no amenities. Breakfast was horrified and horrible

It didn’t even have proper road

There is water issue in washroom while i did call to reception for this issue & he asked for 15 minutes still i waited for 30 minut and after that i have checked out with out using washroom.
