Hotel is very clean and staffs are very supportive. Hotel manger ajay is very nice person. It is on prime location and it's 10 min walking for us consulate. For me hotel was very lucky. You can also find good restaurants nearby. Hotel manger ajay is easily approachable for any issue or help. Thank you gulnaar inn for making my stay memorable.

The cleanliness of the hotel is very good along with the welcome behaviour of the staff. The in house restro has a numerous variety of food to enjoy at a comparable price. Overall stay was very good

The stay is very comfortable, staff are courteous and are helpful. Especially if you are heading for the consulate interview at chennai this place is 5 min walk from the consulate. Its a 15 min walk from the biometrics centre. Food around the place is just above average.

The hotel is clean and has good service overall. The place is also close to us consulate in case if someone has to visit the consulate. Staffs are good and friendly. Only thing i would suggest while ordering food from outside, they don’t provide plates which makes it difficult to eat.

It was a pleasant and comfy stay, the room was neat and clean but the shower pipes were too old and rusty, apart from that no issues

Decent and clean rooms. Staff is really helpful. Specially mr. Ajay. Who guided me through a lot. Be it the process ( was there cos of us visa) or arranging tea or auto for quick commute

Mainly the cleanliness and services offered are not bar when compared to other hotels, even hot water facility is not provided when requested, it is been said that hot water will be provided at extra cost. Cleanliness is not upto the mark, rate fixed by the hotel for non ac room is little high compared to other hotels.

In my opinion the current stay in gulnaar inn was terrible due to narrow streets and totally non vegetarian food. Room quality was not good and faced a lot of problems. This was very disappointing to me.

Very short bed for a 6ft tall person

The bed was too short for a 6ft tall person. Door lock was broken. Cleanliness is average. At-least a proper bed should be provided.
