In emergency its okay to stay here but not comfortable at all. Don’t expect any hot water or clean bed sheets or pillows but okay with the price paid

Hospitality is very poor.

Average stay and cleaniness.

Hotel location bang on the NH44 and before Jalandar town on the Jammu stretch was the plus point. Easy access & with own but limited vehicle parking(I was on a motorcycle!) Room was spacious as also was the toilet/bath. Didn't see no geyser so guess hot water is switched-on & supplied in the mornings alone?! I stayed in the peak of summer with temperature at 40+℃ outside so never felt the need for hot water to bathe! Food served in Muskan the dining cum bar was delicious! Hotels lift was there at Hotel but defunct(perhaps switched off deliberately?) Air-con was noisy but tolerable for 1 nite transit. Hotel sure has seen better days but still is OK for breaking journey & overnite halts, I'd say.

The cleanliness is not proper. Also telephone is not available in room no 302 to connect reception. Hot water and room heater provided. This service is really nice.

The stay was excellent. It was the apt location for the purpose we had. The owner and the staff were all very cooperative and helpful.

One of the 3rd class rooms, with no proper working ac, nor tv, rooms are very dirty, and smells very terribly

I have stayed here with my family. Time of check-in they were asking about payment (already paid) which is not updated with them. So I told them to check . Provided rooms were not clean. TV and ac was not working. Then we asked for room change. Room was filled with mosquitos. In our two days stay, every day they asked to clear food payments, which was commonly billed at the time of check-out. But they were telling to pay after 24 hours to clear their accounts. Even they were refusing to swipe cards asking for cash payments. Even after telling several time then they will accept half payment in cards.

It's really nice from my side with location and hotel rooms neat & clean
