Building is not cleaned up and it not because if construction it’s Hard water on Taps. No proper cleaning of inside rooms . Many of electric switched are faulty. Latch doors are damaged . Not recommended

Everything was very good. Specialty Mr Sandeep has a very good nature. The staff is very cooperative.

Hotel location shared was wrong. When i called hotel receptionist person (male) was like sir our location is correct may be you have entered the wrong one and following one. Location 0/5 staff 2/5 ambience 2/5 rooms 3/5

Very bad experience. Lobby, entrance even the rooms very so smelly. It was awful. There was strong smell of phenyl. Bathroom were unhygienic, awful smell in bathroom also.

Pathetic food, coakroachess in room, staff behaviour too bad, tasteless food, no recommend to anyone

Make my trip and gupta resorts have committed fraud with me. When i reached hotel, the receptionist demanded rs. 2000 extra from me on the pretext that he sold the room at low rate. I called make-my trip and they refused to help. I had to pay rs. 2000 as it was late and i had to travel early morning.

Delay in service and food quality but rooms are good. I recommend to look for alternative hotel instead

Stay was good as per price but they let us wait for 20-30 min as we have made our booking from mm t and they don't have any update. They don't have the room key as well.

Pathetic experience. Dirty rooms and bathrooms and the food was so bad that couldn’t be explained in words.

Not treated well. The complimentary breakfast was worth rs. 40 and for one person only although our booking was for double occupancy.

We reached late in the night. The hotel immediately arranged for our night stay. The rooms are fine. The bathrooms can be cleaner. The breakfast was on ala carte basis.

Staffs are really helpful and friendly. Could have been better in room facilities. No hot water was available

Hotel doesnt provide basic amenities like water bottles, toiletries in bathroom like conditioner, soap, dental kit etc. Noisy rooms as auto repairing centre is next door.
