It was a family trip. The location of the property was excellent and convenient. Everything was superb. Especially staffs were responsible and tried their best to serve us. The rooms were comfortable and well decorated. I must recommend this to others.

The location of the property was not updated so we had a problem reaching there. Even the rooms and the bathrooms were not properly updated. The cleanliness in the property was also normal. The staff behavior was good and polite.

Sir when i reached new delhi railway station i unable find location of this hotel. Location in gps are not provided in proper way that's why i unable to find it. Then i call call to hotel manager and he didn't help me and i return and book another hotel. Very bad experience sir

sabse ghatiya hotel hai pahle booking karvate Hain FIR extra charge ho lete ek din ka rupay aur jo booking kiya uska refund bhi nahin dete booking ka ₹ lete Hain 2 day ka FIR aap jab hotel se wapas jaaoge tab bhi extra paise lenge 200 rupay one day ke paise refund nahin karte Hain

The location is really hard to find and not located in a place where families or couples could stay it’s a place more like red street or something and the thing is we couldn’t find it and didn’t stay there the money went waste

Happy beds hotel rooms is very bed so no like this hotal. Room is not cleaning, toilets not clean, room interior very bed & water not coming.

The hotel have less trained receptionist. Torn-ed bed sheets. Torn-ed pillows. Pan masala spitted in the bath rooms. Don't even did brooms. That's totally was a horrible stay. Drunkers are shouting even at night 2 o clock.

The room was extremely dirty and there was water on the floor and bathroom was horrible when i asked reception to clean the room they said we don’t have house keeping after when i call customer support they didn’t even help me my experience was too bad

Never book this type of hotel, very difficult to find the address. Poor room and poor service of staf. I advice u please dont think to reserve this type of hotel, add some more money and book some repotative hotel
