The location is nice and secluded. The property is on the edge of a tea garden that sits by a river. Amenities are close by, but not walking distance. Not a problem if you have cars or bike, but other forms of transport are on the main road about 500m away. Checking in was not a hassle, had to collect key from another flat which was easy. We returned after midnight and the security guard was present and opened the main gate etc. Overall, it’s a nice place. Very good value for money. I would have given it 4 stars or more but constrained due to some areas of the apartment not being clean enough. There is a fridge which is really filthy. When we checked in, the washroom was not cleaned properly. There were cotton balls used for removing makeup, disposable soap, used shampoo sachets on the wash basin. The toilet had definitely not been cleaned for a few days. If you are going as a bachelor, group of friends, or very short stay and are used to living a bit rough, this is a good choice. We were staying over during a motorcycle trip so we could adjust.

it was a pleasant stay and it's location is also good no disturbance from any corner and it's a very peaceful and calm place and if we want we can cook our own food at the place
