This is perhaps the right place for any travelers if you are looking for a peaceful, calm and comfortable place in Guwahati. We booked 2 rooms and stayed for 3 nights where we had a great time. It is a cosy and standard property equipped with all 4star rating facilities. Mr P Malakar the proprietor of this property was very friendly and kind hearted who is all there to give the best possible treatment in terms of food, service and other assistance. After checking out for one day we chose to come back again and spend our last day in this hotel before our departure of our state because we fell in love with this hotel.🥰

It is very peaceful here and the hotel is like a dam house. I like it if you want to come with your family then this is good

Its beautiful stay for 2 days, the staff and the owner himself is so happy to go person. Services are quick and excellent, a must recommended stay for anyone who want to stay from all those crowded bazaar area. App cab is always available for nearby transportation.

We had a great experience. The staff, the management and the service were amazing. The bathrooms were hygienic which is a must. The wardrobe was a little moldy which could be cleaner other than this, a great stay. Thank you.

Food is excellent with excellent overall services. The location is very near to main bus stand. Overall everything is excellent. Rooms are spacious and well furnished.

Happy home living was a delightful stay. The beautiful entrance and relaxing compound set the tone for a peaceful experience. The rooms were clean, neat, and aesthetically pleasing. The homely food was tasty and reasonably priced, though a bit more variety on the menu would be great. The staff were very friendly and well mannered. This place is perfect for those who love simplicity, and i'll definitely return when i’m in guwahati.

Just finished my stay at Happy Home Living, and I can’t recommend it enough! The rooms and bathrooms were incredibly clean and well-maintained, which made for a really comfortable stay. The food was top-notch, whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner—every meal was a treat. The staff were always friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome and cared for. One of the highlights was checking out today at 11:00 AM and being given an Assamese Gamcha as a warm gesture. It was such a thoughtful touch that added to the overall fantastic experience. If you’re searching for a place with excellent service, great food, and a cozy atmosphere, definitely consider Happy Home Living!

Stayed in the home stay one night with family. It was an excellent stay. The property is located just 5 minutes walking distance from the isbt. It has many rooms with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and attached toilets. No meal is included in the booking but they provide breakfast, lunch, dinner, evening tea. Moreover, the guests can cook their own food as the kitchen is equipped with gas, utensils, a fridge etc. The staff behaviour was very pleasing and professional. The owner of the property is also a gentleman. I highly recommend this property if anyone wants to stay near the isbt or the royal global university or the guwahati by-pass.
