Good Stay

Had a good stay at Hard Rock, Mr. Sameer has provided excellent service and he was attentive. Clean rooms, and Swimming pool. Minor improvement needed is, instant hot water should be provided as we unable to get the hot water if we are in hurry to go out. Rest all good!

Rooms are not proper clean There is dust on tv table .Chair in the room is not up to standard of hotel. More over room booked is jot in good condition and location of room is not good . We requested to change the room .They agreed but gave us a smaller one Already submitted

Rooms were amazing and spacious. Bathrooms were great. Well kept and maintained. Food was average for the price that was to be paid. The bar timings was less as they closed it around 10pm. The breakfast was also good with its wide varieties of dishes.

very hard to find the location. no security in the hotel. extremely worst quality of food, room is not clean enough. i ask for house keeping they sent them after 3 hrs. its very bad hotel absolutely not sage for the customer.

it is in Candolim but it is in middle of residential area - a large car will definitely have problems accessing it. Food is just awful. I do not understand how can you go wrong with Breakfast?? No restaurant is open in night and no Live music ??

Poor Stay

Hotel upkeep leaves a lot to be desired. Front office staff doesn't greet, doesn't smile. Housekeeping doesn't know what housekeeping really is. Fresh towels kept in the washroom were folded untidily. During checkout, a staff came to the room to see "if the room is okay". No clue what he was going to check. But okay. We had to change 4 (yes, FOUR) rooms since the room allocated to us wasn't functional. 3 rooms after that has mold or dampness. My kid loved and enjoyed the pool though.

Well, I’ve been to the hard rock hotel before, but this time the service by the staff was poor. Plus, the rooms were really uncapped. The only good part about the hotel was the pool sign. Apart from that the food everything else was very unpleasant.

I recently stayed at Hard Rock Hotel Goa Calangute and had a wonderful experience. The staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The pool area and live music created a great vibe, making it perfect for a holiday in Goa. Breakfast had a good variety, and the location is convenient, just a short distance from Calangute beach. The overall atmosphere truly reflects the Hard Rock brand – energetic yet relaxing. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Goa, and I’d love to stay here again!

breakfast was really bad and staff is also not cooperative for any issue. I had 5 time issue with my card not working properly for door and any order for room had waiting time for 45 minutes atleast.

Wonderful property. Truly 5 star property at Calangute. Beach is just 10 min by walk. Swimming pool is very big and neat and clean. Food quality is also very good. Will rate 5 out of 5
