mushrooms were growing in the washroom door. cockroaches all around dirty mattress no water pathetic service

I was charged 12% gst cash at hare krishna guest house and i stayed there for 2 days but there was no water in the room at all although i told them about it last time and i went to another room and freshened up and stayed there. The behaviour of the staff was very bad. They told me that if you don't pay the extra gst, then there will be no room, whereas i had already made the payment along with the gst.

very very bad. ghatiya hai. room nahi diya raat me bola ki khali. aur 2000 mang raha tha room ke liye pissa. tab duga bol raha tha. very bad hotel and honer. very bad woner

I am complaint in consumer court against make my trip

1. It's a bad hotel staff so dirty not gud behaviour. So cheap staff manager is very roudly behave. I never book mmt

Booked two rooms, but two rooms were not available there, accommodated us in 5 bedded room. Staff were polite.
