Lock issue
Lock was damaged, it went inside the room. The door was opened after 2 hours. The room was very small and Fan was off. The service was not proper. Although the tempo and the vibe was good the management needs to be taken care of properly. as many rooms were available but they gave us the smallest room in the corner.

Small and Smelly room and bathroom, cockroaches, phone and tv not working Food tasteless Provided a smaller room and when said they gave another slightly bigger room, and charged 1000 extra for that. this is what we got. Kettle, tea, coffee nothing provided. Hari Niwas, Mount Abu is disgusting!

It’s far from main market. Food was average. Service was good. The best part was the live music which we enjoyed.

groupProperty location is outside and near nagarpalika toll of Mt. Abu entrance gate and we rate pros and cons as below: PROs: - Superb remote desti., small but efficient resort, personal management, good interiors, 5 car's parking, wifi, SUPERB COOK, SUPERB HOMELY TEST, ANY MENU. CONs: - High Slopes at resort entrance needs improvement for cars to enter in premise, parking space needs to expand, cleaning to be more frequent, WIFI NEEDS TO STRENGTHEN AS MOBILE SIGNALS ARE VERY WEAK. Conclusion: OVERALL BEST HOTEL TO ENJOY WITHOUT MOBILE SIGNALS 😄

Average stay. Not value for money
Location was good but room was quite different then shown in picture. It was the narrowest baathroom with attached toilet i had ever seen. No proper drainage for bathroom.

Nice resort, but a little expensive
coupleResort is good, but rooms are small, considering the price. Facilities are also less. No kettle, no tea prep things, complimentary water quantity is too less. Toiletries were provided only after we asked. Complimentary breakfast was good. Location is excellent. Food is good. But they should provide the basic things, which all the other hotels are giving, because their pricing is on a higher side.

Good Stay
Premises was good maintained, rooms and washrooms are bit small but well furnished and well maintained. Staff members are too good. Property is small, only few rooms so you will get proper attention from staff. The only problem is there is no bar in the resort so you have to carry your drinks from outside, but yes you can drink at restaurant area, you can drink in the garden area…they provide all the services like a bar except drinks so if you could bring it from outside…that would be a perfect place to drink. And Network problem is there. Otherwise a wonderful experience i had. Pricing is quite high but may be due to festival season, otherwise must visit place.

Makemytrip shows prices 14500but it is not worth price i paid
familyI paid on trust of makemytrip of 14500 more than chacha inn, but hotel worth 4500. I feel looted as hotel said they charge 3500per person for all meals

One of the beautiful hotel i have ever seen and stayed. About 2 km from the bus stand. If you want to stay with piece and enjoy holiday this resort is for you. Ambience is so amazing. Just go for it without any doubt. Pros- clean and fresh rooms. Beautiful garden. Food is tasty. Staff is excellent and very helpful. Proper parking cons - wifi problem. Small bathroom. Will give 4. 5/5

Poor Stay
Rooms were not well maintained. Three to four times i need to come outside from my room in search of an attendant as they were not attending the call at reception. In the morning i need to wake up the staff, while they were sleeping on terrace. Three bed room was not spacious.
