Tv is not working, no laundry, no telephone, basin tap is not working, leakage on stairs roof, they don't accept card, we need to make payment in somebody's personal account, etc.

The stay was very bad because of the bad smell of the room. All there rooms are dirty also the bathrooms very bad smell. They are not maintaining it properly only the staff was good. My humble request is that, please remove this hotel from make my trip. Thanks

Location is not good as you will definitely struggle to find the hotel. Behind police station is better than saying near JB Nagar metro. Room was clean, geyser was working properly, TV & AC was new. Room service is available with an average priced menu.

Room was clumsy and unhygenic, with paint peeling off no ac remote, clogged toilet and no hot water. Worst experiance till today in hospitality.

Located in industrial area, parking problem is very irritating, no cleanliness in bath or lobby or rooms, small washrooms and also rooms. Not satisfied by services.
