😔 Seems like there's a lot of issues piling up. Poor maintenance, bad smell, inadequate guest facilities, and staff behaviour too bad needs improvement. Hope these concerns get addressed soon!

The hotel is decent, peaceful with not much crowd, has got good connectivity with the city centre, food was a bit issue since there is no active kitchen in the hotel, only limited options available if at all,

This Harisree Reaidency is not at all good , the paint is falling off like powder , bad n smelly rooms n unhygienic toilet . Pls change the hotel or reimburse our money . We just entered the hotel at 7PM .

First of all the room was very bad the AC was complaint and leaking issue was there the front desk lady staf was well behaved but the other guy manager or someone was very rude when i ask for gst invoice they told as per their policy they cant provide gst invoice from hotel

Rooms are in very pathetic condition washroom is not clean AC is having sound Breakfast was not good and served after 10:30 AM

It was nice.

The management is very poor and my package included breakfast but they did not provide any breakfast.

Location was good, ample space for car parking. Issue is to do with service. Although the staff are courteous, they lack professionalism. Twice in two days when the water ran out, had to yell and scream as the phones went unanswered. It appears to be more of a beer and wine joint than a decent place for people to stay

No hot water was available in one of the rooms

The parking area is there. Good communication. Rooms like old. Ac is not good. The room and other technology are not up to the mark. The toilets are not up to mark. The food is good.

Nicehotel is very best. Staff very helpfully. Hotel is very clean, zim and swimming pools is very clean. Food very tastey. Hotel location is very easy. I recommended to all over friend and family members stay to this hotel

They denied our confirmation from MMT SAYING MMT IS CHARING LESS, WE HAVE PAID 400 RS EXTRA PER ROOMS THEN ONLY THEY ACCEPTED OUR BOOKING REQUEST

Worst service in hotel. Extreme shortage of man power, one person service to restaurant, rooms, reception and. Also, it looks like this hotel is completely running on local bar as only crowd is seen here. There is no sense booking here with group and family. All places are far. Better book in proper kollam instead here.

Rooms clean and tidy. Lift available. Restaurant is there. Good parking it's not very busy. About 30 min from kollam proper. Gave 24 hours which was good of them not 12 to 12 checkout. This was quite convenient
