The food quality is not to the mark. Breakfast is very simple and quality not to the mark. Room are provided with hair dryers which are having serious problem of smoke coming out and even burning in two rooms out of three rooms provided to us. There was no hot water in the rooms. After paying the hefty amount of 50,000/- for three rooms for one day this is just too disappointing and unreasonable.

The receptionist was very rude, earlier they told us to get check in at 11 but we had to wait till 1pm for checkin. For hot water we had to again and again call and then hot water used to come

When i booked the rooms the photos looked quite good but, when i saw the real room it wasn't good at all.

This property is good for families and you will feel it is an amazing experience. The food quality, taste and services are fabulous. Room cleaning was good. Only one drawback you will not get hot water in bathroom 24 hours. Hot water you will get only on demand. Whenever you require hot water every time you have to call receiption and then they will open the hot water volve for you for 30 minutes or 1 hours and after that they again close the volve. As per them they cannot keep open this hot water volve 24 hours else the water will start to flow heavily. Their hot water connection are very strange and that is connected to solar system, could not able to understand this hot water theory.

It's ok but not not value for the money deal. No recession at desk, no information of online booking, no cooperation from staff, rooms maintenance is ok, washroom deos not have exahust, the charges are very high

We had good time at harmony resort, alibaug. Rooms and washrooms were clean, but needed a little maintenance. Swimming pool is well maintained and water was clean. They should have a washroom close to pool area. Food was tasty and not very expensive too. Free breakfast has limited options. Resort area is well maintained and clean. Staff were very helpfull. This resort is away from all the beach and tourist places- so it's better if u have your own transport mode. Hotel arranged a autorickshaw for us. We were quite happy with the service auto provided us.

Great locality. Food is ok. If you are looking for a place to just chill, this is the place. If you want to spend a few days over here, don't take the standard room cause they are very small. Go for a deluxe room. Good cleanliness and housekeeping staff. Well maintained property

Resort is excellent and well maintained, though a little far away from the tourist destinations. However that is not a problem if you have your own transport. The food service in the restaurant however needs improvement. The food taste is good but the service is too slow.

The resort is very nice. Kids play areas needs dusting and good flooring. Resort helped me to charge my ev car at a reasonable rate. Door locks should be upgraded to card key. Ground floor does not have any view from windows.

The stay was good but the room was smaller than expected hence not worth the price.
