The stay at harwan resorts near to the mughal gardens has been a wonderful one, the rooms are cozy and well maintained, the owner of the property mr. Rafiq was very helpful to me in every manner from the time i entered the hotel. The hotel is located near to the beautiful mughal gardens and at a peaceful location.

The experience at this hotel was very good.

Inexperienced, arrogant, unsupportive staff (manager. Its kind of homestay. Intentionally property building pics are not uploaded on mmt. Dnt go by "resort" in its name. Small prpoerty. Smelly bathrooms. Just managed their somehow with family.

Worse ever experience in my life as deluxe room were booked almost a month back from Makemytrip and no cancellation email nor call made through hotel nor Makemytrip and when we actually went to checkin found that we were offered normal room with common bathroom and we paid 4000 rupees for per night stay. No one has any alternative option hotel + Makemytrip however the driver Imtiaz Bhai was very helpful who really was with us since afternoon till we got an alternative hotel for stay, but that alternative hotel was booked my myself so no help from anyone.

Terrible Stay

I reached the hotel and they said that room is not available on said property. They tried to sell me some other properties, saying they were wings of their hotel. I had to arrange hotel room myself, despite pre-booking it! Do not recommend it for anyone at all! Manager is a liar and when questioned, he is cooking up stories. Moreover, he is dumb enough to cook different stories for different people. He does not even have brains enough to stick to one story to sell it.
