Staff is helpful, ok place. Would be ok for a budgeted stay with friends, can’t say so for couple. Cleanliness not up to mark. Anna café next to it is a life saviour.

Location is good its in tapovan and you have laxman jhula and cafes nearby like on 10 min walk, food was served on new year’s eve was not that good what we ate anywhere outside. They gave us a towel when asked they gave us another as well. Provided a small tiny soap for bathing and cleaning. The room had a balcony which is good, it did not had any storage space. They managed to get us luke warm water as the pipe that flows warm or hot water got broken by monkeys in the night. Rishi is a good person he replies fast on whatsapp and tries to give you solution rather than running away from situation. Over all it felt like i m again in my hostel. Food was not good, had to bath with cold water

The reception wasn't available most of the times, no easy access to amenities like a towel, also the cleanliness in the washroom wasn't upto the mark. The beds weren't as comfortable as i was expecting it to be.

The location is absolutely delight. I could find everything within a snap. The market and shops are close to the hostel. Even the ram Jhula is just 8-9 minutes walk. The cafés are super near. I find the hostel rooms comfortable. The washroom was clean and the staff was very friendly. The guy in the reception - Rishikesh, is the most humble and generous guy you'd ever meet in the location. Hashtag is now my favourite hostel to stay, whenever I go there.

It was nice. Comfortable. Quality of toilet seat could've been better. Kettle and glasses given were not clean. Blanket was torn one.

The location of the property is good in tapovan. It can be maintained in a better way. Geyser is available only in dorms, private rooms are dependent only on solar which can be an issue especially during winters. Food was okay.

I had a disappointing experience at the hotel. The bed sheets were visibly dirty and stained, and the comforters looked old and were in poor hygiene. Overall, cleanliness was a major issue during my stay.

The stay was very bad. The pictures shown of the hostel did not match in reality. We assumed that basic services like luggage carrying, housekeeping, room service will be provided since we booked rooms for the family. But none of the amenities were available. The hostel staff was least interested in taking care of the things. Overall, not recommended especially for a family stay.

At this price this is good to stay, location is also good but bunk beds are not that much good as other hostels and due to ground level some foul smell was coming in bunk beds room. Roof top is good and you can enjoy with music.

Stay was ok, as it seems like a hostel, there was no hot water on the day of arrival due to some electric issue, you can imagine at 16 degree temperature and a pilgrimage place you have to visit temples without a bath. Food was not available as t kitchen was non operational, however please try the anna mess cafe for authentic south indian food its a must try. A place not recommended for couples. Location is on the internal rounds so slightly difficult to find

Beds are okay. Location is super approachable. Bathroom were not well ventilated and stinky. Could have been a better place to stay for more days.

For starters, there was no hot water even after the geyser was turned on for hours. It worked once when the hotel help was there but otherwise it didn’t. The balcony view of the room led to a construction building. As far as the location is concerned, it is down the road and since lakshman jhula is nearby, access to important areas is a pro. Best restaurant next to the hotel is anna’s mess which serves the best south indian food i have ever had.

Location is very close to main road yet away from noise. Check in process was smooth. Cafe should be operative even in off season.

The hostel has no inhouse cafe / restaurant. The room was big. In the city centre. Average experience.

Accomodation and ambience is good. Vibe is fresh, youthful. But food quality good be better.

Good private rooms, cooperative staff, well respected privacy and cleanliness maintained throughout.

Host Mr. Rishikesh and miss deeksha were very friendly and helpful and they have a osm rooftop restaurant where you can sit and chill with friends you haven't met yet. By the way it's value for money also so give it a shot. 👍😊

The hotel room and washroom is not clean i was book 6doms for family but no door lock present on door.

Hotel was nice with market nearby. They even have music being played in evening which is highly appreciated. Recommend for family stay.

Singer on roof top was great! food was amazing. But there was no hot water in room and shower was also not properly working.
