The place is okish. But on the next day of our stay, there was no electricity. We couldn't charge our phones, use our laptops or even get any heating. I booked this place because of good reviews before but the experience was poor. The owner is a very good guy and i hope he does good but i am not the kind of person to mislead others. If you want to stay in bitter cold with no electricity, you can go ahead with this place.
