Excellent property, very close to the us consulate general. Rooms & bathroom is very clean. A must visit. The rooms are newly built, it is close to the us consulate general and also walking distance to metro station. The staff at the reception is extremely helpful, since i was new to this city, they guided me throughout. Eatries are at walking distance of a few minutes. Overall, extremely happy with this hotel. Please book.

Very bad and poor service provided by the staff member of the hotel rooms were also dirty or not the situation to stay the person who sit at the reception counter was arguing and say go and complain any where i dont care very bad service

Once i reached reception, first thing they told me that. You booked it so cheap, we cannot provide you room with this pricing. You have to pay extra 1000 for 2 day stay. Previously i paid 1800 rs. I argued with them. But they didn't convinved. It was a new city for me. I paid extra 1000 at the reception. Rooms are even not clean for this peicing.

They demanded for extra price. Extremely disappointed
