Location is good :: 400 meters from Victoria Terminus Hygiene :: Good Well Mainatined. But here is the twist.... Plz read in details ::
[1]°°°°On 25/08/2024. I have called and conveyed that we were Thee (66,67,37 aged) planning to visit. We told them that we would land around 4:40 am in Mumbai and would arrive at 6:30 am in morning. I requested them for early accommodation for washroom as elderly people need to visit washroom in morning. Check in time is 9:00 am. We can request for early check in mentioned
They agreed over call and assured us we would get required washroom facility. Even on 20/09/2024, we called them at 7:30 pm. They assured again. We arrived on morning 6:00am. We started to call them a bit early. I had been calling as I have two over aged people with me. They didn't pick up. Suddenly I called them from another number, this time they picked. [2]°°°° upon reaching, when I have told them their receptionist (a south India guy) behaved terribly with us, with high voice and pointing fingers at us realizing that he has done a blunder. He didn't pick up my phone from my number but where I called him from another number he picked. We were helpless at that time. We finally got accommodation at 7:03am. Initially he refused when I mentioned that it was mentioned that we can ask early accommodation as it was well communicated twice before. We maintained silence as I was with two elders. [3]°°°°they didn't even bother to mention that they have lift we have used stairs twice (4th floor). Thank god to Security guard of Appejay Chambers (where this hotel is situated) he said us why u people taking stairs with this age plz use lift,situated in back side of this building. God bless this security guard. [4]°°°°staff behavior was good but that receptionist is rude.
Overall, very horrible experience unfortunately though. Plz don't visit with old people. I am writing with my own experience. We have stayed there for two days (21 to 22,22 to 23). We have checked out at 4:30 am as we have Vande Bharat booked for Goa. Thank you all.
