Great location to stay at Lucknow with affordable price. Reception is very very good and helpful but only thing which must be improved in this property is to pesticides every nook and corner oth property. Washroom cleanliness also needs to be addressed strongly.

In heritage blue they have changed my room 3 times because first room was leaking through ac and second one has short circuit in washroom which was very dangerous

Poor Stay
The hygiene was bad, there were cockroaches in the room. No peace as there was some work going on beside our room. Noise levels and saw dust. Pathetic! Breakfast was okayish. But there were cockroaches and a lizard too on the dining tables.

The room has poor cleanliness as there are insects moving in the room and bathroom. The room looks shady and the pictures on the google is deceptive

businessThe room is very small and not that clean. Room service is very very slow and half of the switches weren't working. Ac and bed space is good and the only benefit is it is nearby the railway station. Food is good but service needs to be way better.

No curtain in window, bathroom floor 1 foot high from room floor, no kettle, only one electric shocket, either watch tv or charge your phone

Good Stay
First i was allotted a shabby room however on request i was given a clean room. Food is good. Hotel is old but staff is considerate

Washroom water leakage, room ambience is average, over all facilities are below the line, parking is on road so its an issue for big car and etc

Good experience
My experience was nice though the room was really small but overall a good experience. Didnt try there food but they do allow outside food. Staff were really nice.

Hotel room was quite good
Receptionist was very polite and cooperative and for food i must say food was really good and room service was also on time.

The rooms are very small. The bathrooms are also very cramped. Not clean. Torn bedsheet in one of the rooms. Overall a very basic hotel not worth the price. The only saving grace was that the staff was cooperative.

Location wise nice choice
Hotel is located on main road, very close to railway station and main hazratganj market. Restaurant is also good. Rooms are small but price appropriate. Although they do need improvement in terms of cleanliness.

Bedsheet are not clean and washroom are not up to mark clean and hence can't recommend this hotel. Service in reception are poor

Location is good, overall its a good stay. Nice service. But amenities are below average. Room was small. No dental or bathing kit provided. Food is also good. Overall 3/5.

Terrible Stay
The hotel heritage blue inn was terrible. Seemed like a lodge with unclean room, bad light, small room, bad bathroom, significantly short staffed. It was also quite noisy as the sound from other rooms could be heard all night. Overall a terrible experience
