We have booked an ac heritage suite room in this hotel. It was spacious and had the best amenities. My child was happy. The ambience was beautiful and the staff was also very nice and polite. The garden view added the charm. Must visit in this cool and calm place.

Property's location is at posh area of srinagar. Excellent hotel ambience with spacious and neat & clean room. Service and house keeping is very good. Very beautiful lawn to sit and enjoy. Food is good.

Good experience i have. Staff was very cooperative and soft spoken. Room was overall clean. Hotel location was also good. Especially thanks to javed sahib who had arranged a sehri for me in this pious month and always ready to assist me in everywhere.

It was an excellent experience and a homely stay in heritage bung a by ashais during the srinagar trip. Will strongly recommend relatives and friends for their stay during their visits to srinagar. Also the experience of booking of hotels in srinagar, gulmarg, pahalgam and nearby tourist places through makemytrip was extremely good, easy, hassle-free and economical. It was my first time booking experienced hotels and houseboats through makemytrip and it has given me a lot of confidence in online booking as we faced absolutely no difficulty in check-in in various hotels from 22 to 27 jun 2023 in j&k locations. Very good location. Staff very good well mannered, well behave. Rooms clean lighted, ventilated. Bathroom clean good, watersupply good, hot water availabe, tea, coffee, cattle, etc good. Restorant good. Food good.

The host javed and team at the bungalow are very friendly, helpful and the stay is very comfortable right in the middle of rajbagh, near dal lake and other srinagar attractions. Private feel, unlike a hotel.

Stayed at this place with my family for 3 days and had an amazing time. The staff was extremely courteous and professional. The location is amazing and the garden at the hotel is a must visit.

Stay was comfortable. Front desk little casual rooms clean and hygienic washroom was little stinking. Shower tap not very user friendly. Restaurant/bfast quality. Gud airport drop arrangement spot on.

The stay was pleasant, the property was very good, isolated from the crowd. Great staff, great service. Very nice vibe, a big garden, good rooms. Area of improvement - food was not good, they have a fixed menu for each day that too was not tasty. Otherwise, everything was great.

Firstly it’s difficult to search this property as name of the hotel is something different it’s hotel aaisha and heritage bungalow board also there but written in very tiny letters and the gate of this property was closed no one there to open the gates. We had to bang the gate to enter the property. Myself and my friend stayed in this property for two days from 11/04/2024 to 13/04/2024. Toilets were clean and ambiance of this property is good. But the room service is terrible only two persons are available who also work in kitchen. For two days no one cleaned our room despite we kept our keys in the reception. Out of two days i was having seviour diarrhoea and omitting so requested reception for medicines they said we don’t have adequate staff to bring medicines and i had to wait till our driver comes. Electricity is often off here and they don’t have generator back up, hence tea kettle room heater, mobile chargers were not working most of the times. Food was nice. Overall property is good staff is friendly but needs staff for housekeeping
