Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, specially mr lalit, lovely and great first impression of Heritage Divine Hotel. Everything about the Heritage Divine Hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient special thank lavkush. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. Pool area are also exceptional. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Highly professional and excellent hospitality. I am here with my aged parents and my experience is too good. They had an excellent stay at the place. From food to room facilities and from the staff's polite behavior to their willingness to make your banaras trip experience awesome is highly appreciative. They have the facility to provide you e-rikshaw facility for sight seeing at an affordable price. I had a great stay here. You can make it great as well by choosing heritage divine for your banaras trip.

I was stay with family 2 room i love to stay in Heritage Divine Hotel best experience i had staff are so helpful make best possible effort to do best service for his clients Heritage Divine Hotel was superb cleanness 100% serivce 100% and even Heritage Divine Hotels food was awesome. Best Heritage Divine Hotel overall excellent service and amazing experience i had. Whenever i visit kashi i always prefer this Heritage Divine Hotel to stay. Hotel staff was very kind & helpful. The chef at the Heritage Divine Hotel is a blessing for the guests. Ritik was the most helpful among everyone, they also have evening live music there. The only problem was the geyser does not supply continuous hot water i had to keep it on for couple of mins it was on & off. Mostly all the tourist places are 7/10 kms from the Heritage Divine Hotel. Look for private vehicle if possible (rent a car / bike self drive)

Google maps location took to 1 lane away from property, but on call, a representative came and helped to reach there. It was clean and good Heritage Divine Hotel. It was near bhu/dlw so, travel to places in city center like vishwanath temple and ghats took some time 30-45 min due to distance and traffic, was able to get auto rickshaw after walking 200m from property. Overall stay was nice and would recommend it.

The Heritage Divine Hotel was a nice one, rooms and toilets were clean enough, staffs were very nice and cooperative. Served dinner even late night.Had its own Parking place. This is a pure veg Heritage Divine Hotel, we did not get non veg here. In short we had a wonderful experience.The Heritage Divine Hotel is little bit far from Kashi Temple but conveyance is good enough.

Friendly staff, great service, wifi, neat clean rooms, food service, travel service. We came from kerala and staff welcomed us homely. Celebrated ayodhya pranapratishta day.

Location also in a silent area, room and washroom design also good. Nice staff and food quality also best.

Very nice Heritage Divine Hotel. A bit inside. But food arrangement is naive and clean. The staff is good and helpful.

The stay was pretty good. All the staff, from the security to the room service people were really helpful at any given point of time. Mr. Ritik at the reception was especially helpful and checked on us if we needed anything time to time. My only suggestion is providing a few more landmarks to reach the location!

It was a very good experience. Maruti singh was very warm and hospitable. Food is awesome. Rooms are clean and the pool is lovely.

During check-in, Heritage Divine Hotel showed us a different room from what we booked. After i denied to take that room, they gave me the correct room with balcony what i booked exactly. For this, i deducted 1 star. All other things were good.

Had a pleasant stay with hassle free service. Good accessible location. Recommended for family or business travellers.

New property, clean rooms and bathroom. Staff was very helpful. Great value for money. It's a new property but because of keeping the prices competitive they are very full. Sometimes the staff gets overwhelmed but they are very helpful. The only drawback is that it's too interior.

Super experience and friendly behavior food and cleaning was best with homely test. Hope next i shall be there after a month
