The staffs are very friendly. I would refer this hotel to my friends and families. Their rooms are good in terms cleanliness and services. Its also near the Lake. Overall I had amazing experience of Udaipur from this place.

The hotel location was great. Many of visiting places are very near from the hotel. Also hotel's staff are very kind and helpful and behaviour also very nice.

First of all, the hotel location is excellent. City Palace, Jagdish temple, Bagor ki Haveli are very near to the hotel. Hotel staff behaviour was lovely.

This Heritage Haveli has awesome rooftop restaurant which is best thing and reason to stay here. Full view of lake and palaces can be seen from here. This hotel is adjacent to the lake Pichola, so even at night you can go for a walk. Staff is co-operative. Overall it's a good hotel to stay.

The hotel is very conveniently located next to Pichola lake and within easy walking distance to the City Palace, Jagdish temple and Bagore ki Haveli. The rooftop restaurant has an amazing view of the lake and the food is very reasonably priced and tasty too. The restaurant manager is very warm with his hospitality and made sure that no guest lacked anything they wanted.
The room was the best value for money given the price. It was a basic non AC room and the room amenities was very adequate for that option. The people managing the property were very kind, and special thanks to some staff people for the warm hospitality.

Stay was good. Food is a bit costly, services are good.
The room that was provided to us was very good and view was very good. Rooftop was amazing to sit and watch.

It's much better for staying since some tourist places are very nearby, can be visited by foot. It's like a home for staying. Rooms were clean, basic facilities were available. For single as well as for family stay, it is good.

Rates of cooked food of all items found abnormally high; however, tasty.
Stairs are odds and drinking water did not provided on first day, otherwise everything is fine keeping in view the rate.
